The Package
What is contained in the Beaver package? In short, a functional and attractive building, either of standard design or tailor made to your individual needs. Assuming the foundation is ready (complying with the specifications given in the planning warrant drawing), Beaver Timber Co will deliver and erect the building with the exterior complete except for roof tiles unless they are specified. The kit does not include rainwear. A final coat of preservative is provided, but not applied. Internal partitions are cut to size and ready to assemble. Floor battens are laid and chipboard flooring is provided ready for fixing.

Quality
All timber is carefully selected, kiln dried and treated where appropriate. External timber are waterproofed and treated with preservative. Doors and windows are of a superior, energy-saving grade which will take double glazing. All buildings comply with building regulation standards. Beaver Timber Buildings are built to the highest standards.
