Beaver Timber garages are attractive, functional buildings, not all locations are suited to the brick or steel garages especially in the rural surroundings of most of the Western Highlands.
A Beaver garage will complement your home and provide durable, leak-free protection for your vehicle and depending on size will also accommodate all your tools, equipment.
Combination garage-stores are a good idea for the larger grounds of family homes, housing anything from play equipment to the family pet!
We base our prices on a customer prepared base that we require to be both level and hard, we usually recommend concrete but are happy to offer advise on base preparation even undertaking this work if mutually agreeable.

FRAMING:
HIGH QUALITY "CLS" dressed and stress graded 3" x 2" according to size, double at corners. |
CLADDING:
1st grade Scandinavian kiln dried 19 mm tongue and groove weatherboarding, lined with high quality breather membrane. Boards are 19mm thick finished size, not 19mm "nominal" as stated by some manufacturers. "Nominal" means the original thickness of the timber before the boards are planed to their finished size, so a "nominal" size of 19mm can end up only 12mm thick! |
ROOF:
"Coroline" a light and extremely tough corrugated roofing material made from bitumen saturated, organic fibre, guaranteed waterproof for 15 years. Needs no maintenance and contains no asbestos.

DOOR:
Double door 6'6" x 7", also a personnel door at the rear 6' x 2'6". All doors battened and braced, fitted with galvanised tee hinges, also fitted with galvanised padbolt.
Steel "up & over doors" can be fitted at extra cost.

FLOOR:
Normally concrete, timber available on request.

WINDOWS:
Constructed from safe acrylic glazing material. One 4 x 2 fixed fitted as standard , with optional extras. Size and position to suit. "Coroline" roof lights also available.
